Jerome Haynesworth - Vice President Operations
Jerry Haynesworth joined IvySys Technologies, LLC in 2008 as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining IvySys, Jerry was a partner with The Carter Group, LLC, a retained executive search & management consultancy.
While with The Carter Group, Jerry focused on management consulting – helping companies and senior executives create dynamic cultures and stellar reputations that drive organizational results for enhanced competitive advantage. His career includes roles with NeuStar, Inc., a start-up telecommunications company, as the Chief Administrative Officer and VP of Administration; KPMG, LLP as an Area Managing Director (Mid-Atlantic & Northeast), for the audit, tax, and consulting practices; and as the VP of International HR & Administration for Hughes Information Systems, Inc., an international systems integration & solutions business supporting domestic and foreign-national governments in the area of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
Jerry is a graduate of the Wharton Business School's executive education program and earned his BA from Ohio University. He holds professional certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Center for Creative Leadership; and sits on the executive boards of the National Kidney Foundation and The Northern Virginia Community Foundation.
